“Entrepreneurs need to realize that if you want to grow beyond a ‘mom and pop’ business, you need to use the business tools of strategic planning and thinking. You need mentorship, outside resources and a board of directors for a reason. It’s not just about what the business is today, it’s about having a vision of what you want it to become,” Tamara Sundby said.
