This PRIVACY POLICY ("Privacy Policy") is a legal agreement between each user who has clicked "Agree" to these terms ("Website User") and pertains to the Internet World Wide Web site operated by Edgestone Consulting, Inc., a Minnesota corporation whose notice address is

("Company") located at the domain name www.entresprect.com ("Website").

1. Purpose. The Company's Privacy Policy is designed to assist the Website User in understanding how the Company collects and uses the personal information provided to the Company on the Website and to assist the Website User in making informed decisions when using the Website.

2. Classification of Information. When the Website User visits the Website each Website User may provide the Company with two types of information, which includes personal information knowingly disclosed to the Company that is collected on an individual basis ("Personal Information") and Website use information collected on an aggregate basis as you and others browse our Website ("User Information").

2.1 Personal Information. Personal Information includes, but is not limited to a) individual information about the Website User, the Website User's firm or company information and the Website User's practices when registering to use the Website, certain services, email newsletters and alerts, or purchase items through the Website and can include such personally identifiable information as name, email address, company name, address, phone number, email address, and credit card information or additional comments on service needs and interests ("Registration Information"); b) a customer directory containing Registration Information provided by the Company to certain business associates, which shall be referred to herein as "Associates" ("Directory") and c) any email content submitting to the Website by a Website User.

2.2 User Information. User Information is similar to other commercial websites that utilizes a standard technology called Cookies and Web server logs ("Log File") to collect information about how the Website is used. Information gathered through Cookies and Log Files may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at the Website, and the websites visited just before and just after the Website. The Company's advertisers and ad serving companies may also use small pieces of code to determine which advertisements and promotions users have seen and how users responded to them. Personal Information is not stored in Cookies, Log Files or in the code discussed above.

3. Cookies. "Cookie" is a very small text document, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier. When Website User visits a website, that website's computer asks the Website User's computer for permission to store files in a part of the Website User's hard drive specifically designated for cookies. Each website can send its own Cookie to a Website User's browser if the browser's preferences allow it, but only to access the Cookies it has already sent to the Website User, not the Cookies sent to the Website User by other websites. The Company has no control over the other Website's Cookies.

4. Company Use. The Company generally uses Personal Information for purposes of administering and expanding its business activities, providing customer service and making available other products and services to customers and prospective customers, to notify the Website User about important changes to the Website, new services, newsletters, updates, Company information, alerts and special offers ("Company Use"). The Company may need to send critical service updates from the Website, which Website User may not opt-out of receiving.

5. Business Transitions. Company may buy or sell assets, business offerings or the control of the Website. Personal and User Information may be transferred at any time in the course of corporate divestitures, mergers, or any dissolution. The Website User will be notified via email of any such change in ownership or control of Personal and/or User Information.

6. Security. The Company follows generally accepted industry standards to protect Personal Information, both during transmission and after receipt. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and Company does not guarantee absolute security. Email is not recognized as a secure medium of communication. Website User should not send private information via email.

7. Certain Disclosures. The Company may disclose Personal Information if required to do so by law or subpoena or if such action is necessary to (a) conform to the law or comply with legal process; (b) protect and defend the Company's rights and property, Website, the Website Users or (c) act under circumstances to protect the safety of Website Users or third parties.

8. Links. Company is not responsible for the practices employed by Associate or other third party websites linked to or from the Website ("Links"), nor the information or content contained therein. Often Links to other websites are provided solely as pointers to information on topics that may be useful to Website Users. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Links. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link on the Website, are subject to that website's own rules and policies. Please read over those privacy rules and policies before proceeding.

8 Consent. By using the Website, the Website User consents to the Company's collection and use of Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use Agreement. Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be posted on the Website.

9. Opt-Out Option. Each Website User may opt out of certain uses by Company by checking the desired opt-out options available at the time of registration or by going to the Website to review which uses include an option to opt-out. Except for any optional uses the Website User has expressly requested to be omitted from, Company has exclusive ownership of all present and future existing rights to the Personal and User Information submitted to the Company ("Submissions"). Company is entitled to use the Submissions for any commercial or other purpose whatsoever, without compensation to Website User or any other person sending the Submission. Website User acknowledges that Website User is responsible for whatever material Website User submits, and Website User shall have full responsibility for the message submitted, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality, and copyright.
