My Passion
Entrepreneurs fascinate me. Starting, growing, and sustaining a business is a tremendous challenge. I am passionate about helping entrepreneurs like you succeed in business. For the past several years, I have consulted with and coached business leaders in more than 20 industries through my firm, Edgestone Consulting Inc. Now I am taking that passion to the next level with Entrespect^®. Hosting Entrespect allows me to use my gifts and expertise to help entrepreneurs by bringing them new business ideas to become more profitable as they grow.  Business consulting and business coaching have given me valuable insights into the needs of an emerging small business. 

My Journey
Like many of you, my path to entrepreneurship is one of several twists and turns. I began my career in corporate America where I held various positions with GE Capital Consulting, Koch Industries, General Motors and Dow Chemical. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. I am a graduate of the FastTrac II Entrepreneurial Program at the University of St. Thomas where I have returned as a guest presenter. In addition, I have completed training in co-active coaching, advanced project management, analysis, problem solving, and change management.

Professional Affiliations
I am currently serving on the board of directors for the Association of Women Contractors. I am a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners, and the Minnesota Coaches Association.

Personal Notes
I am married and the mother of two wonderful children who inspire me everyday to learn and grow. Currently, I am writing a business book for entrepreneurs designed to help them strengthen their leadership skills and increase their business success.
